Information
USAGE: After applying your desired gel colour, apply non wipe top coat then dip into powder then cure. This look will give you a rough sandpaper look. If desired you can apply a top coat over the sugar powder to give you a different look.
Can also be pressed on top of your gel colour before Top Coat.
