Terms and Conditions

Payment of Goods

  • Payment is required in full before your order will be dispatched unless prior arrangement has been made with management of NZNA.

  • All major credit cards accepted. (Not AMEX), internet banking. 

  • LAYBUY and AFTERPAY  is now available for purchase of products and training classes.

Payment and refund of Courses

  • A deposit is required to secure a place on a course.  All deposits are strictly non-refundable and the balance of the course fees must be paid in full by the date stipulated on the the invoice.  

  • If cancellation is made of any course within 2 weeks of course commencement, then the full amount owing must be paid unless NZNA can find a replacement student then NZNA will refund the balance paid less the non-refundable deposit.

  • If cancellation is made of any course after the fees have been paid, the fees are strictly non-refundable unless NZNA can find a replacement student. NZNA will refund the balance paid less the non-refundable deposit. NZNA will transfer the students fees to the next course that is suitable for both NZNA and the student so will keep the student in credit.

  • For any courses booked in the South Island, full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to course commencement and if cancellation is made within 30 days of course commencement then the full amount due is payable unless NZNA can find a replacement student.

  • For any courses that a student decides to cancel or want to changes dates, NZNA will try to accommodate as best as possible so long as it does not effect other students enrolled.  If NZNA incurs any change or cancel fees from other parties for venues or accommodation already then those fees will be passed on to the student to pay.

  • All prices shown on this website are GST inclusive.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All goods are subject to availability.

Delivery and Handling

  • Delivery of goods in New Zealand is normally by New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. All parcels are sent by "Non-signature required" throughout NZ and freight delivered can be at risk.  Please allow 3 -5 business days for delivery for items in stock if ordered and paid for by 12.00pm each day.  Delivery of items to Rural Destinations can take longer.  Delivery times are based on geographical location.  Shipping pricing is based on Residential, Business and Rural areas.

  • Delivery of goods Internationally is by either Asendia (NZ Couriers), NZ Post Courier or DHL. We provide FREE shipping to AUSTRALIA for orders over $150.00 for (NZ Couriers & NZ Post), and a flat shipping rate of $20 shipping to Australia for Asendia and NZ Post Courier for orders under $150.00. For other destinations the postage amount is calculated according to the price and items ordered.  We have a minimum order quantity of $100 for International orders.

  • Delivery to key destinations is approximately 7 -14 days for Australia using Asendia, NZ Post Courier at a cheaper flat rate, or 3-6 working days for Australia using DHL Courier and  2 - 4 weeks for other International destinations. This service provides door-to-door delivery service. NOTE: This service incorporates Track and trace facility, which you will notified of the tracking details once the parcel has been shipped. Once items have left us, we carry no responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

  • You agree that you will be responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated. NZNA reserves the right to adjust your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that NZNA may debit your account accordingly.

  • Large items or bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.

  • Some products may not be exported outside of New Zealand. Once an order has been approved, further changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Goods supplied to the a customer shall be at the Customer’s risk immediately on delivery to the Customer or into the custody on the Customers behalf, (which ever is done sooner) and the Customer shall insure accordingly.

  • The company reserves the right to refuse supply.

Returns

  • We take pride in customer satisfaction and our extremely high level of repeat business so will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We describe and photograph our items accurately and honestly so you can be sure that what you see is what you get. If you are not entirely happy with an item please contact us within three (3) days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the situation. The buyer will be responsible for all freight costs of returning items.

  • Please contact us immediately if any item you receive is faulty. You will be asked to return the item and we will arrange either an exchange or refund including the cost of return freight. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

  • Please contact us immediately if you do not receive all the items you ordered or if you have received an incorrect item. We will rectify the situation and arrange replacement of the correct item sent out as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. If we do not have the correct item then we will arrange the return of any incorrect items.

  • All goods for return must be advised within 7 days from invoice date. Returned goods are subject to inspection and count before acceptance.

  • Goods prone to contamination, opened cannot be credited

  • All returns must be authorised before being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be marked return to sender. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them. We package our items carefully and expect that you do the same.

  • Please select your items of purchase carefully. We accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering.

  • By accepting merchandise, the purchase accepts the terms and conditions.
